At Grey Fox Solutions LLC, our story begins with our founder and CEO, Paul Finn, a decorated Army Veteran and Purple Heart Recipient. As a Combat Medic in the United States Army, Paul developed a deep commitment to caring for others, ensuring those under his watch were supported both on and off the battlefield.

After his military service, Paul discovered the transformative power of data and technology, falling in love with its ability to provide actionable insights to business leaders and engineer processes that drastically improve efficiency. Rising to a senior management position in Data Engineering at a Fortune 50 company, he gained invaluable experience—but also witnessed a troubling pattern. Across local governments, healthcare systems, and businesses of all sizes, Paul saw bad data and poor processes leading to inaccurate information for decision-makers, hindering growth and success.
